Filters  

On each dashboard tab, you'll find the "Controls" section where you can apply filters to customise your reports. You have the flexibility to select filters based on site locations, time periods, practitioners, or appointment types. All reports on the tab will then be updated according to your chosen filters. If needed, you can also request modifications to default filters or apply a filter to an individual report.

Data Drill Down  

For a more granular view, some reports include a "Drill Down" feature. This allows you to explore data in various time frames—weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly—providing you with a more detailed understanding of trends and patterns.

Export a report  

Exporting data is easy with Dataplayer. You can export selected reports to CSV format, which is ideal for further analysis or sharing.

View summary data  

To simplify complex data, some reports offer a "View Summary Data" option. This presents the information in a table format, making it easier to digest and interpret.

Export a tab
